Classes are RT24

Timetable is Monday 6pm
Wednesday 6am & 6pm
Friday 6am & 6pm

High Intensity Resistance Training

RT24 uses use "high volume, low loading" within RT24 to get the muscles to fatigue. It is when in this fatigue state that the muscles will grow. Each class is designed to target every major muscle group so you are gettinga full body work out.

High Intensity Interval Traning

Each class is designed to be no longer than minutes of work. This allow us to work at High Intensity in short interval periods. The timing and structure of each class will vary but each class is based under HIIT principles.

Functional Compound Movements

RT24 is designed to incorporate as many compound movements as possible. This will not only aid muscles growth but when preformed correctly will help to reduce injuries and maintain traning longevity

Measuring Individual Progress

Each class will have a measurable aspect to it. This means you will be able to track your progress and give you factual evidence for the result from RT24

Manage Time Effectively

Each workout will last for approximately 24 minute. The high intensity aspect of the training results in reducing the time needed to train, which allows you to use your time for other activities more efficiently

I've been going to this gym for my PT with Darren mailey, I must say that he is the best PT out there,he is soo good at what he does he makes you feel so comfortable and at ease,he does work you hard but it's all worth it and I wouldn't use anyone else.
